Welcome to HSFS Gardens Inc.

At HSFS Gardens Inc., we believe in the power of community and the importance of sustainable living. That's why we have created a non-profit community garden that is open to all members of the community.

Our garden is a space for individuals to come together, learn from one another, and grow fresh, organic produce. We believe that by working together, we can create a healthier and more sustainable future for ourselves and the environment.

Not only does our community garden provide a space for individuals to grow their own food, but it also serves as a hub for education and community engagement. We offer workshops, classes, and events on topics such as permaculture, composting, and healthy eating.

Join us at HSFS Gardens Inc. and become a part of our growing community. Together, we can make a positive impact on our environment and our local communities. See you in the garden!

About us
HSFS Gardens Inc. is a non-profit community garden located in Houston, TX. We are dedicated to empowering and uplifting inner city communities by creating a sense of self worth and self respect. This is accomplished by teaching self sufficiency, beginning with how to feed ourselves.

Our Motto is: "You don't eat the fruit the same day the seed is planted." In the social media age that we currently live in, our communities have become consumed with the allure of instant gratification. Our goal is to remind our communities that sustainability most often comes through consistency and delayed gratification.

We help provide and bring awareness to green spaces where individuals and families can come together to grow their own food, learn about sustainable gardening practices, and foster a sense of community.

At HSFS Gardens, we believe in the power of gardening to improve physical and mental well-being, promote environmental stewardship, and strengthen community bonds. Through our various programs and initiatives, we strive to educate and empower individuals of all ages and backgrounds to connect with nature, develop gardening skills, and contribute to a healthier, more sustainable future.
